Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

This isn't a contract written by suits. It's our straightforward agreement with you. By downloading, accessing, or using Lucent ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the software. Simple as that.

2. License and Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software. This license is locked to your specific hardware (HWID). Don't try to share it, sell it, decompile it, or reverse-engineer it. Doing so will result in an immediate and permanent termination of your license.

3. Assumption of Risk and Disclaimer

Let's be blunt: using third-party software in any competitive game carries inherent risks. Anti-cheat systems are aggressive and constantly evolving. While we design Lucent for maximum stealth, especially with the Arduino method, we make no guarantees of being "undetectable."

You use this software entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any game account bans, suspensions, or other penalties. You are solely responsible for your actions and for understanding the risks involved. Play smart.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages—whether direct, indirect, or consequential—that arise from your use or inability to use the Software. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, account loss, or business interruption. You accept full responsibility.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to the Software at any time, without notice, for any reason, especially if you breach these Terms. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a banner in your web dashboard at least 3 days before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the software after this period means you accept the new terms.
