Our Commitment to Your Privacy

This isn't your standard boring legal page. We believe you have a right to know exactly what data we collect and why we collect it. No fluff, no confusing jargon. Here’s the deal.

Information We Collect

To secure your license and provide our service, we log the following information, and nothing more:

  • Hardware ID (HWID): On first login, we generate a unique, non-reversible hash based on your core hardware components (CPU, motherboard, disk drive, etc.). This creates a secure fingerprint of your machine.
Why we collect it: To lock your license key to your machine. This prevents key sharing and abuse, which keeps the community fair.
  • Device & Login Information: We log a timestamp, your IP address, machine name, and username on each login.
Why we collect it: This populates your login history so you can see if unauthorized access has occurred. It also helps our support team diagnose any issues you might have.
  • Usage Timestamps: We log the start and end times of your application sessions.
Why we collect it: To track time for non-lifetime keys and to populate the activity calendar on your dashboard. This proves you've been using the product as intended. We do not track what you do in-game.
  • Account Information: Your chosen username, a backup password, and a profile picture URL.
Why we collect it: So you can personalize your account and, more importantly, recover it if you lose your license key.

What We DO NOT Collect

Let's be crystal clear. We will never:

  • Scan your files or monitor any applications on your computer other than our own.
  • Record your screen, log your keystrokes, or track your mouse movements.
  • Collect any personal identifiable information (PII) beyond what's listed above. We don't want your real name, your email, or your game accounts.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting a banner in your web dashboard at least 7 days before the new policy takes effect. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
